Venetian Deep Stack Extravaganza

Let me try to explain what it is like to play in a Venetian Deep Stack Extravaganza tournament.  Try to imagine that you are driving accross America, and you have about a 16 hour drive.  Then, when you get to  your destination, you screw up, and did not dind [“DIND”? I musta been drunk. Try “find” Anyhooo, in two tries I’m up a total of $2,200, but coulda been up much, much more] where you were going.  Start over. Drive home. 

Since being here, I’ve played in two of the tournaments. I’ve gotten to the right neighborhood. I’ve even been in sniffin’ range of the kitchen. I’ve just been shut out of eatin’ at the final table. In two tourneys, I’ve finished 17 and 11th.  Tomorrow I try tourney three.  In fourteen hours I’ll let you know how it goes.  Imagine how far you could drive in 14 hours (except you NV,  you prolly couldn’t drive out of you county).
