Bob Dylan, Country Class

The weather is beautiful all over Alaska and I’m going to go OUT for the weekend where no electric or electronic signal can reach.

So until Monday here’s something to chew over:  Bob Dylan, the ‘Ruling Class’ and the ‘Country Class’.

And finally, my favorite Dylan song, dedicated to Lisa “The Loser” Murkowski, as done by my man Jimi.  See any connection between the lyrics and The Loser?:

Princess on the steeple and all the pretty people
They’re drinkin’, thinkin’ that they got it made
Exchanging all the precious gifts
But you’d better take your diamond ring, you’d better pawn it babe
You used to be so amused
At Napoleon in rags and the language that he used
Go to him now, he calls you, you can’t refuse
When you got nothing, you got nothing to lose
You’re invisible now, you got no secrets to conceal.
