Isn’t the Ninth Circuit the one which generally makes very liberal decisions? The one in ” The Gay Bay”? Simply amazing. The decision has to do with E-verify where employers are required to verify whether or not a new hire is in this country legally. Only three states, Arizona, South Carolina and Mississippi require ALL employers to use E-verify before hiring a new employee. There are other states which require only state agencies and/or contractors to use E-verify and several states have some kind of legislation pending.
The three states with the most stringent E-verify laws SHOULD be the LAW OF THE LAND in every state in the Union.
