John Doe will be very busy next few days

I have a 5-6 day trial that starts later this week and continues into next week.  I will check in occasionally, but will be relying on my good friends thatMrGuy and LTB to hopefully keep this blog cooking in my absence/distraction.

Basically, a 14-year-old girl was in a car that was rear-ended.  She had continuous neck and back problems, muscle spasms, pain and sleeplessness.  She eventually was diagnosed with multiple bulging discs in her neck and her injuries developed into Fibromyalgia.  She is now 26 years old and has suffered since the accident. The defense contests that her bulging discs cause her symptoms and dispute that the Fibromyalgia was caused by the car wreck (despite her being asymptomatic before, and her having a continuous history of such symptoms afterwards until she was eventually diagnosed with the permanent disease.)

The evil bastards have continued the case four times before. Hopefully, the fifth time is a charm.  They can run, but they can’t hide from John Doe.

Mavi Marvara–ALL you need to know

What’s a few more dead rag heads  liberal idiots “peace activists?”

Note to self: Do not attack IDF troops as they are rappelling onto ship.

Here’s another one, but I would like you to go there and read the comments after it.  Events like this bring out the Isreali haters.  Many of them are liberals.  Afterwards, they showed slingshots with dozens of marbles.  These “Freedom Flotilla” participants came looking for a fight, and they got one.

Used By Permission..Summation of the Current Administration

I think this blogger’s comment sums up the current administration quite nicely.

Matt, I don’t think yours is simply another perspective, I think it’s an invaluable perspective. Your piece honors some very honorable people. Heroes? To me, many are. You’ll sleep good tonight knowing that this had to be written. I salute you.

As to the oil spill, yesterday I started looking at it from a different perspective. I saw it kind of as a metaphor for the total screw up that I believe is the Obama administration. It’s long. But it’s got a thread throughout that I think hands together pretty well.

If you have the time to read it, let me know what you think. Rach

I ask you to visualize the gushing undersea oil spill as I attempt to explain Obama.

I was sitting in the service department of a car dealer yesterday watching some putrid CNN type channel, looking at all the oil oozing out of the broken pipe, and suddenly everything became clearer. I don’t mean suddenly I had the ability to explain why the sound of Kelly Tilghman’s voice makes me turn off the golf channel. But all of a sudden, I began to understand why Barack Obama makes me sick.

You see, when I watched that gushing oil flow, the biggest and most avoidable environmental disaster in the history of America, it made me think of other Obama blights weighing down this nation. For example, I was reminded of all the taxpayer money Obama’s squandered, imagining nicely packed wads of taxpayer money gushing through a black hole. I felt disgusted; sick; like I’d just drunk a half glass of the heavy black stuff.

And I blamed Obama who opened the money valve way back in the Stimulus Lying Days of 2009 and, in the name of heading off more than 8% unemployment, for letting it wastefully gush forth. Down a bottomless pit. Day after day, much like the oil pollutes the waters around the southern United States, Obama’s money spill is killing the chances of our children to know their American Dream; to have a better life than we did. In the name of global governance, Obama is destroying the American dream. The interest on the trillions gushing out of Obama’s black hole effectively sinks our children’s chances of having a better life than we did. And as they get older, they’ll realize that Obama’s financial draining of America has delt a death blow to Midicare. And Social Security. The trillion upon trillion of taxpayer-wasted-dollars that is ObamaCare is destined not just to ruin the world’s best health care system, but one day to eviscerate the American economy. You see, just around the corner, many economists believe, is hyperinflation. Which not only will make American dollars almost worthless, but will be the depression Obama said he had avoided.

Bottom line, Obama’s financial schemes are killing free enterprise. He’s letting its vibrance and life seep away. His takeovers mean the days of a robust private enterprise economy are done for. Obama did the equivalent of taking an AK-47 Russian assault rifle and riddled every profit motive he could find, which is the only real and lasting way to create jobs. Barack, let’s remember, is a graduate of the Saul Alinsky school of Communism that teaches you how to destroy capitalism. He learned his lessons well, doing the exact opposite of what this country needed and needs, and he smiles and laughs and says we should be thanking him for killing us.

Connie Mack is wrong on Az immigration bill

In an article published in the Washington Post he opposes Arizona’s new immigration law, and compares it to the Japanese internment during WWII.  Don’t know the guy, only know he calls himself a Republican.  But after reading his article in the Washington Post, I know enough about him to pass judgment.  He is either a mental midget, or he is pandering to his hispanic constituents (his Florida 14th District includes Ft. Myers).

Recall it was the Progressives under FDR who interned the Japanese.  But likening asking for papers of a person who is already detained on suspicion of a crime is akin to likening an M80 firecracker to a nuke:  About the only thing they have in common is they both make a large bang.

He pulls out the “wise old saying” in hopes of shoring up his weak argument:  ” As the wise saying goes, he who sacrifices freedom for security ends up with neither.”

Here’s a clue, Congressman.  Your constituents, legal American citizens, can’t even fly on a plane, or drive a car, or probably even enter the halls of Congress without “showing their papers.”   If I get pulled over for speeding, I have to “show my papers.”  If you hadn’t been chauffeured around for so many years perhaps you’d remember the dreaded phrase, “License and registration, please.”  We have to show our birth certificate in Virginia if our operator’s permit lapses, for Gawd’s sake.

His final, last gasp:  “I do not want to live in a nation where American citizens are asked “Where are your papers?” We are better than that.”  Better than that? We already live in such a place.  Try leaving this country for Mexico or even Canada without “papers.”  Try getting on a plane, try getting in line to shake the President’s hand without “papers.”  Good luck with that.

"Welcome Home"

[NOTE TO READERS:  This post has been stuck at the top through Memorial Day.  All new posts will be in order at the end of it.  Didn’t want you to think that when you see this at top it means there are no new posts. JD]

The above is from Cross Roads In Time Not sure who the little lady is below, and I don’t mean to intrude on her solitude, but her photo touched me, he wrote with tears filling his eyes.

“Forward, the Light Brigade!”
Was there a man dismay’d?
Not tho’ the soldier knew
Someone had blunder’d:
Theirs not to make reply,
Theirs not to reason why,
Theirs but to do and die:

White House attempt to bribe Sestak out of the PA Senate race were “informal” talks

From The Plum Line

“Senior White House advisers asked former President Bill Clinton to talk to Joe Sestak about whether he was serious about running for Senate, and to feel out whether he’d be open to other alternatives, according to sources familiar with the situation.”

“But the White House maintains that the Clinton-Sestak discussions were informal, according to the sources. The White House, under pressure to divulge the specifics of its interactions with Sestak, will release a formal statement later today outlining their version of events, including Clinton’s involvement.”

Doh!  Why didn’t Rod Blagojevich think of that one!  He should have sent somebody important such as Bill Clinton.

I can hear Bubba now: “Theoretically, how much is the Illinois Senate seat worth to you?  Ha ha.  If you lived in a fantasy world where the Governor could be bought off to appoint you to the seat.  Which, he he, we all know is not true.  But work with me here.  This is just us two playing fantasy.  Mind you, I have no official position within the Blago, er Governor what’s his name’s administration.  I’m just ‘Joe Citizen.’  And we all know that Rod would never grant a favor for money.  Neither would I, Mark Rich and a few others excepted.  😉  This is just a way to judge your interest.  Rod certainly doesn’t want to appoint somebody who isn’t real interested in the seat.  We already have word from Jesse Jackson Jr. that he is very, very interested in the seat, if you know what I mean and I know that you do!  So how much is the seat worth to you?  Remember, this is all I-N-F-O-R-M-A-L, and off the record, and depending upon what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is!”

Bill Clinton nails the left!

Stop the presses. John Doe agrees with Bill Clinton!

When Bubba says you are too far left, YOU HAVE A PROBLEM

Politico’s Jonathan Martin details  how Bubba rips into the left for trying to make Arkansas’ Sen. Blanche Lincoln an example out of the two term incumbent by supporting a primary candidate to her left.

“[Clinton] pounded the podium with Lincoln at his side, warning that national liberal and labor groups wanted to make her a “poster child” in the June 8 Senate run-off to send a message about what happens to Democrats who don’t toe the party line.”

“‘This is about using you and manipulating your votes to terrify members of Congress and members of the Senate,’ Clinton said in the gym of a small historically black college here.”

The rabid liberal left has the right to support whomever they want.  But what has happened to the Democratic party is that whomever wins in the federal elections has to either toe the liberal line or be shunned, lose support and have a primary candidate supported by powerful outside interests.  Continue reading

Media Matters whining about Beck jokin’ on Malia

Awww, the poor dears at Media Matters are whining about Glenn Beck mocking Malia Obama for her quote, “Daddy, did you fix the oil leak yet?”

BECK: (imitating Malia) Daddy? Daddy? Daddy, did you plug the hole yet? Daddy?

PAT GRAY (co-host): (imitating Obama) No I didn’t, honey.

BECK: (imitating Malia) Daddy, I know you’re better than [unintelligible]

GRAY: (imitating Obama) Mm-hmm, big country.

BECK: (imitating Malia) And I was wondering if you’ve plugged that hole yet.

GRAY: (imitating Obama) Honey, not yet.

BECK: (imitating Malia) Why not, daddy? But daddy–

GRAY: (imitating Obama) Not time yet, honey. Hasn’t done enough damage.

BECK: (imitating Malia) Daddy?

GRAY: (imitating Obama) Not enough damage yet, honey. Continue reading

A Warning To Blogaholics or Farmville Addicts…

Of course this would not apply to any of us (snark).  All sarcasm aside, it’s a unfortunate story – most unfortunate is the stupid woman is pregnant again!  Yikes!

via AP

A South Korean couple were convicted Friday of abandoning their newborn daughter, who starved to death while they addictively played an online game raising a virtual child.

The husband, a 41-year-old taxi driver, and his 25-year-old wife were sentenced to two years in prison, but the woman’s term was suspended because she is pregnant.

The couple played at Internet cafes on average 10 hours every day and bottle-fed their baby only once a day, prosecutors said in an affidavit.

The girl, who was born prematurely and weighed 5 pounds, was often fed rotten formula and was beaten when she cried out of hunger, the affidavit said.

They found her dead when they returned to their home in Suwon, just south of Seoul, after an all-night gaming session last September, the ruling said. They hid at a relative’s home after a autopsy found the baby died of malnutrition.

Douchebag Eruption

Ugly Douche Bag Blogger

There is no truth to the rumor that Nikki Haley has hired a team of experts to quash the current and future douchebag eruptions, ala Bill Clinton’s team in charge of quashing bimbo eruptions.

Sorry, I can’t take what is happening in the randy state to the south’s gooobernatorial race.   After first Mark Sanford and now the allegations against candidate Nikki Haley, one can understand my concern.  Does anyone in the Palmetto state keep their marriage vows?

Here’s my bottom line. I think probably something happened.  Homely blogger Will Folks claims that he had “an inappropriate physical relationship” with GOP candidate Nikki Haley.  Ms. Haley responded with an emphatic denial that she had ever been unfaithful to her husband.  I suspect that something “inappropriate” occurred, but not much.

Supposedly, there is a photo of “inappropriate physical conduct” between the two.  Can they be any less specific?  Here’s one of Bubba and Monica.  In retrospect, that could be considered “inappropriate physical conduct” between  a boss and his employee.

Hormones affect people in funny ways.  They even can cause hot babes to become temporarily attracted to god-awfully ugly men.  But that’s fine.  Even if some inappropriate physical relationship occurred, I do not condemn Ms. Haley. I’m against having Republican candidates judged by a different standard than Democrat candidates.  Continue reading
