Raising an American flag on a free standing pole isn’t “aethetically pleasing”

Meet the Sussex Square homeowners' association board of directors!

Henrico County, Virginia: Low-life pond scum on the board of directors of Sussex Square homeowners’ association are forcing a Medal of  Honor winner to tear down a free standing flag pole in his own yard.  From the Richmond Times Dispatch: ” The decorated veteran of three wars, now 90 years old, raises the American flag every morning on the pole, then lowers and folds the flag at dusk each day in a three-corner military fashion.”

And for you dimwits out there who might say that he should have known that he couldn’t  have a flag pole:

“There is no provision in the community’s rules expressly forbidding flagpoles, Barfoot’s daughter said. But she said the board ruled against her father’s fixture and ordered it removed in July, deciding that free-standing flag poles are not aesthetically appropriate. Short flag stands attached to porches dot the community.”

I want NAMES, ADDRESSES, E-MAILS AND PHONE NUMBERS! These pathetic pieces of shit should be shamed out of town!  For now, here is the pathetic law firm that represents the homeowners’ association,  Coates and Davenport.  Flood their e-mail system with notes of disgust!

UPDATE: Apparently, here is a phone number to call to complain.  Even a realtor who has a listing for Sussex Square came out in favor of Col. Barfoot.  SUSSEX SQUARE SERVICE 804-740-8795.  CALL AND COMPLAIN!!

2d Update: “Sandra” Bowen represents the pond scum who are doing this!  E-mail this bitch and let her know what you think!  Hey Sandy Baby: Let your partners know that 3,000 + people read this blog per day.  If you aren’t a worthless P.O.S., you will fire the pondscum as clients. Sure, everybody can hire a lawyer. But it doesn’t have to be you.

3rd Update: People are rallying around the flag, and Col. Barfoot!  A local law firm has offered to represent him for free.  Marchant, Honey and Baldwin.  Give them a shout of encouragement!

4th Update Friday, December 4th, 6:30 p.m.    As promised, I went to Sussex Square to see what the hub bub was all about and to protest their decision. Go to my new post,  here, to see what I found out.
