Hey John, I finally figured out why all those people wouldn’t leave New Orleans…IT WAS WARM THERE !
Forget about the disaster, you can live alot longer in somewhere where it is warm, than you can where it FREEZING COLD. I don’t recall hearing about any deaths down there because people were running their generators in their garages or putting a charcoal fired grill inside their home so they wouldn’t have to go outside.
