Yah must be into the turkey sauce…MrG…
Hey I’ve been basting and making garlic, honey, thyme and sage, sauce all afternoon…
I’m also into “brining the bird”…[takes about 24 hours, started this morning] it makes it so very tender and moist to the pallet…
I also do a honey, garlic, thyme and sage basting for 15 to 20 minutes, at 450 degrees, after the bird is roasted, to give it a beautiful golden brown, Bohener tan…

Appreciate everyone’s patience. We’re in a “riz” right now, slingin’ Christmas trees to beat the band. We’re the vender for Home Depot. They had their best “Black Friday” sale day ever. So I reckon we’re doing all right.
Sold over 12,000 the first day…that’s ten percent of our total for the season.
