I have a 5-6 day trial that starts later this week and continues into next week. I will check in occasionally, but will be relying on my good friends thatMrGuy and LTB to hopefully keep this blog cooking in my absence/distraction.
Basically, a 14-year-old girl was in a car that was rear-ended. She had continuous neck and back problems, muscle spasms, pain and sleeplessness. She eventually was diagnosed with multiple bulging discs in her neck and her injuries developed into Fibromyalgia. She is now 26 years old and has suffered since the accident. The defense contests that her bulging discs cause her symptoms and dispute that the Fibromyalgia was caused by the car wreck (despite her being asymptomatic before, and her having a continuous history of such symptoms afterwards until she was eventually diagnosed with the permanent disease.)
The evil bastards have continued the case four times before. Hopefully, the fifth time is a charm. They can run, but they can’t hide from John Doe.
