Public Option plan that all conservatives can rally around!

Scott Ott is a genius!  Why didn’t Obama think of this? Increase choice and competition, improve service, everybody is free to choose which option that they desire, all the while reducing waste and inefficiency, without increasing the budget by “one dime.”  I can guarantee you that 9 out of 10 conservatives would gladly support this plan for a ”public option.”  Who says Republicans are unwilling to compromise?
