PELOSI CONTINUED: “We have to many poor welfare moms. Too many dumb hicks. Too many hispanics invading our country. Too many Catholics who use the “rhythm method”–and we just have to stop the little people from breeding. We’ll make it seem like we are being Patriotic, providing them with contraceptive so that they can work instead popping out little bastards left and right. So it is a win-win. We their Big Government benefactors provide them with something they really want, and we cut down on the number of dumb poor who will only grow up to be criminals–or welfare recipients. Aren’t we smart?”
