As a conservative law school student on a campus dominated by liberal professors and students, I was pleased to find a bunch of what I thought were kindred souls. Other guys (it was all guys back then, and only a handful of us, as the Society was brand new) who felt alienated and alone due to all the liberal clap-trap being spouted during class. I have no idea how it is now, but back then liberals were extremely obnoxious, given to shouting down the conservative voice that dared to express itself in classes; protesting and loudly interrupting conservative speakers during special events; and even giving lower grades to those daring to speak up for the conservative point of view.
