The homosexual “argument” that they are “born that way”

This article is so good I am just cutting and pasting the entire first page of two.  It makes the argument that I have often made: We don’t accept “I was born this way” for pedophiles, or even for gay bashers, as an excuse for their behavior.  And desires are one thing, but actions are a choice, and we don’t excuse rapists for raping because they just “could not resist their desires”. I know this won’t change the minds of godless heathen who have no morals, but for those of you caught in “the spiral of silence” and unable to speak up against gay marriage, this might be something that will help cause you to get up off your dead arses.

As soon as McCain wins, they are going to start screaming about how the poor, working class were “disenfranchised” by having to wait in long lines on election day. We know their capitalist pig employers won’t give them the day off, or let them have to take a vacation. So poor schmuck standing in line before work has to abandon his place after several hours of waiting, so he won’t lose his job. And Mrs. Schmuck just gets tired after a long day of watching the kids, cleaning house, handling her own job outside the house, and leaves her place in line after several hours to go home and make her family supper. How long until the liberals start up with this and much more?

Or the stock will go up and you can sell it at a gain. Unless GM goes bankrupt. Ooops. Never mind. October sales for GM fell nearly 50%. They are losing billions every month. Things have been bad for GM before, and they have come back. But this time seems worse. Sales are the worst that they have been in 25 years. This once proud, great company has been run into the ground by stupid management and lazy unionized workers. [I know many of the workers and they aren't all lazy, but too many are, and too many do shoddy work!] I blame the management and the union leaders, not sure who gets the most blame, but there is plenty to go around. Personally, I wouldn’t touch GM stock with a ten foot pole. But those who have the guts, if the company survives, will be richly rewarded. And Obama will want to tax them to death for taking such a chance and making such a handsome profit!

OBAMA IS A LIAR

I’m not going to catelogue this story about what Obama said to the San Fran Chronicle. Anyone paying attention can see this proves what I’ve always said: He is a liar who will say anything to get elected. [This is different from pandering, which is what McCain does. McCain really means it, though. He panders, and will say things and do things just to keep people happy. But at least you can believe him--he says what he will do.] But Obama is a liar. He will say and do anything to get elected, but then turn around and do what he always planned to do once elected. Whatever he says, you can’t believe him. Except when he talks when he thinks nobody else will hear.

You can’t believe Obama will cut taxes. You can’t believe he will not raise taxes. You can’t believe he won’t outlaw handguns. You can’t believe a word he says.

I can’t imagine a better pick than Palin

Astute readers remember that I was against the pick at first, and that Right Field talked me into accepting her. No, I don’t like how she has looked like a deer in the headlights a couple of times. No, I didn’t like that phone call from the French dude that was fake. But her gaffes just get more negative publicity than Joe Gaffe Biden’s do, or Barack, ah, ah, er, ah, Obama’s have. But she has fired up the base. I can’t see everybody all worked up over Huckabee or Massachusetts Hairdoo boy.  I can’t think of anybody that he could have picked that would have been better (except maybe if he chose Michelle Malkin or Rush!)

And I can’t imagine people saying Biden was a good pick. He brings nothing. Imagine if Hitlery had been chosen. Election would likely be over by now.

Just heard a McCain ad by Joe the Plumber!!!

In Joe’s own voice! On WRVA (Richmond) station.  Judging from radio ads, McCain has been keeping his powder dry until closer to the election. At first ads were like 7-1 for Obama, but now at least on radio stations I listen to, McCain is outspending Obama.
